New York, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a man who escaped police custody at Bellevue Hospital early Saturday morning. The incident has prompted an immediate response from law enforcement to apprehend the individual.
Christopher Miller, a 23-year-old man, managed to evade police while receiving medical treatment at NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue. The escape occurred at approximately 3:50 AM when Miller left his hospital room and exited through a side door facing East 28th Street and FDR Drive.
Miller, who hails from 3333 Broadway, New York, NY, is described as a white male, approximately 5’6” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair. At the time of his escape, he was observed wearing a gray sweat suit and carrying a black cane.
