BROOKLYN, NY – A 15-year-old was assaulted by a group in Brooklyn, as reported by the New York Police Department.
The incident occurred near 4708 6th Ave., Sunset Park, at approximately 7:40 a.m. on Saturday. The teen sustained injuries from being slashed or stabbed and was treated at Maimonides Hospital.
In a separate incident, a man was robbed and pepper-sprayed on an E train near Broadway and 34th Street early Saturday morning. The suspect, described as a man in his 50s with a slim build, remains at large.
Additionally, two more violent incidents were reported overnight in the city. A 33-year-old man arrived at Harlem Hospital with a gunshot wound, and a 19-year-old was stabbed in Brooklyn. Both are in stable condition.
The NYPD is actively investigating all these incidents and seeks information regarding the suspects.
