Machete Wieding Suspect Robs NYC Delivery Driver

A delivery driver, aged 21, faced a harrowing encounter on the evening of Sunday, January 7, as he was robbed while on duty in the Bronx. The incident occurred around 10:10 PM near the intersection of 166th Street and Ogden Avenue.

According to police reports, the victim was approached by three unidentified individuals during his delivery route. One of the assailants brandished a machete, intimidating the victim. The perpetrators then forcibly took the delivery items from the victim.

Following the robbery, the suspects fled the scene on foot, heading in an unspecified direction. The direction and destination of their escape remain unknown.

The victim, fortunately, did not sustain any physical injuries during the incident. The New York Police Department is actively investigating the case and seeking any leads that could help identify the suspects involved.
