O’Hara Township, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide and Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision that occurred in O’Hara Township. The incident took place on Freeport Road near Powers Run Road at approximately 6:18 p.m.
Upon arrival, first responders discovered a Chevrolet SUV with a 68-year-old female driver and a 74-year-old male front seat passenger. The male passenger was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The female driver is currently in critical but stable condition.
The second vehicle involved, a Jeep SUV, was driven by a 28-year-old female with an infant in the rear seat. Both the driver and the infant were taken to hospitals and are in stable condition.
