The assailant, described as a male with a medium complexion, struck the victim in the face, causing him to fall. The attacker fled on foot in an undetermined direction.
Emergency services transported the victim to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where he remains in stable condition. The suspect was last seen wearing a black hat, sunglasses, an orange hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and white sneakers. Authorities are investigating and seeking information from the public.
