MCKEES ROCKS, PA – A shooting incident occurred at 8:16 PM in the 700 block of Mary Street, McKees Rocks, resulting in one male victim sustaining gunshot wounds. The Allegheny County Police Department’s General Investigations Unit responded to the scene after being alerted by County 9-1-1.
First responders found the victim with two gunshot wounds, one in the shoulder and the other in the leg. He was immediately transported to a local hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening. Following the incident, a male suspect was apprehended at a nearby residence.
The suspect’s name was not released by police at this time.
