CROFTON, MD – Anne Arundel County Police responded to an attempted robbery at a 7-Eleven store located at 2046 Davidsonville Road in Crofton. The incident occurred on December 31st around 3:30 AM.
According to the report, two Black males dressed in all-black clothing entered the store and forced the clerk to sit on the ground. The suspects attempted to pry open the ATM inside the store but were unsuccessful in gaining access to the machine. No weapons were used during the incident.
The suspects left the scene in an unknown direction. The Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is actively investigating the case and urges anyone with information to contact them at 410-222-4720 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700.
