NEW YORK, NY — On Monday, December 18, at approximately 3:29 PM, a report was filed with the NYPD regarding an incident on a northbound 2 train, as it approached the President Street station. A 21-year-old female passenger reported witnessing an unknown individual on the train exposing himself and engaging in a lewd act. The suspect remained on the train following the incident. The victim was not physically harmed.
The individual is described as a male with a dark complexion, around 6 feet tall. He was last observed wearing a green and tan jacket, black pants, and blue and white sneakers.
The NYPD is actively seeking the suspect and encourages anyone with information to come forward to assist in the investigation.
