NYPD Seeks Suspect in Multiple Citywide Groping Incidents

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating Feliks Kabiev, a 37-year-old male, identified as the suspect in a series of forcible touching and sexual abuse incidents across multiple precincts.

On Monday, November 27, at approximately 12:20 PM, a 35-year-old female was assaulted near Cooper Square and 3rd Avenue. Kabiev allegedly approached the victim and grabbed her breasts over her clothes before fleeing the scene. The victim did not sustain physical injuries.

On Sunday, December 3, around 2:45 PM, another incident was reported in front of 120 Park Avenue. A 34-year-old female was the victim of a similar assault where Kabiev is alleged to have touched her breasts over her clothes. He fled on foot. No physical injuries were reported.

In a third reported incident, on Saturday, December 9,, at approximately 4:50 AM, Kabiev is accused of approaching a 35-year-old female near 5th Avenue and East 9th Street, placing his hand on her private area over her clothes, and then fleeing. Again, no physical injuries were reported.

The NYPD is actively seeking information leading to Kabiev’s whereabouts to address these serious allegations. The department urges anyone with information to come forward and assist in their ongoing investigations. The safety and well-being of the community remain a top priority, and the public’s assistance is crucial in apprehending the suspect.
