MARLTON, NJ – In a coordinated effort, the Evesham Investigative Bureau and New Jersey State Police TEAMS unit executed a search warrant at Olympus Apartments, Marlton, on December 21. The operation targeted Brian Price, 28, a resident suspected of possessing an untraceable “Ghost Gun”.

Investigators had received credible information about Price’s alleged activities, leading to the search of his apartment in the complex’s 4th building. The search yielded a ghost gun, an illegal assault firearm, several large capacity magazines, and unlawful ammunition.

Price faces charges for possession of a large capacity magazine and the purchase of firearm parts intended for assembling a firearm without a serial number. Following his arrest, Price was detained in Burlington County Jail, awaiting his initial Superior Court appearance.
