LANCASTER, PA – In a major operation starting in November, the Lancaster City Bureau of Police’s Selective Enforcement Unit (SEU), in collaboration with Lancaster County Detective Stan Roache, uncovered illegal activities involving Austin Turner and Ashley Alicea.
Turner, previously convicted of drug and firearms offenses, was found practicing at a firing range and in possession of several handguns.
On Monday, SEU members located Turner and Alicea in a vehicle on Southeast Avenue in Lancaster, PA.
Turner, donning ballistic body armor, was arrested with various illegal items, including a loaded Glock 23 with an altered serial number, fentanyl pills, crack cocaine, a digital scale, and drug packaging materials.
Alicea was also arrested and found in possession of a firearm and fentanyl pills. Both face multiple felony charges and have been committed to Lancaster County Prison.
