RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, PA – The Richland Township Police Department is seeking public assistance to identify an individual involved in a retail theft at Giant Eagle on Scalp Avenue, Richland Township.
The incident occurred on Friday.
The police department has released photos of the individual and asks anyone with information to contact them through the Cambria County 911 Center at 814-472-2100.
They request that information not be posted publicly but communicated directly to them.
The individual of interest is also asked to contact the Richland Township Police Department at their location on 1451 Scalp Avenue, Johnstown, PA.
