BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department has reported a successful arrest in a stolen auto case in the city’s Northwest District.
On Wednesday afternoon, at around 4 PM, officers from the Northwest District were dispatched to a shopping center located at the 6500 block of Reisterstown Road. The call was in response to a reported stolen vehicle.
Upon arrival, the victim informed officers that her car, reported stolen on Tuesday from the 3900 block of Glengyle Avenue, was found at the shopping center. Thanks to the assistance of witnesses at the scene, police were able to swiftly locate and apprehend a 15-year-old male suspect in the vicinity of the 6500 block of Reisterstown Road.
Following the arrest, the young suspect was transported to the Juvenile Justice Center, where he was charged according to the law.
