WARRINGTON, PA – Matthew David Foulke was arrested on Wednesday, following an incident at Michaels Arts & Crafts.
Responding to a report of a man fallen from his wheelchair, Warrington Police discovered Foulke overdosing on narcotics.
Investigations revealed that Foulke, who initially provided a false identity, had stolen items totaling over $500 from Michaels and Staples.
He faces charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, providing false identification, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Judge Wertman set bail at $100,000 unsecured.
