Suspect in D.C. Assault With A Dangerous Weapon Caught On Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the D.C. Metro Police Department are reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon offense. The incident took place in the Northwest region of the city.

The assault occurred on Friday morning, around 6:20 a.m., in the 1400 block of Otis Place. The suspect approached the victim, brandishing a handgun, and pointed it at them, prompting the victim to flee the area.
