CUMBERLAND, MD – Damian Moshe Seltzer, 45, from Cumberland, was arrested on Friday, November 24, 2023, for multiple offenses including indecent exposure. A Cumberland Police Department officer, patrolling the business plaza on Queen City Drive around 9:21 AM, recognized Seltzer and knew he was barred from the property.
After losing sight of him and a subsequent call reporting a man exposing himself in the same area, Seltzer was identified as the perpetrator. He was arrested and transported to Central Booking.
Following a bond hearing by a District Court Commissioner, Seltzer is now held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a temporary commitment-recalcitrant. Charges against Seltzer include Indecent Exposure, Trespass on Posted Property, Disorderly Conduct, and Trespass on Private Property.
