HARLEM, NY – A shooting incident in Harlem resulted in the death of a 48-year-old man late Thursday night.
Police responded to a 911 call at about 11:45 PM, reporting a shooting in front of 667 Macombs Place, located within the 32 Precinct. Officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to his back.
He was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem, where he was later pronounced dead.
The identity of the deceased is withheld pending family notification.
As of now, there have been no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
