Ballston Spa Man Arraigned For Kidnapping, Child Predatory Assault

SARATOGA COUNTY, NY – Craig N. Ross, Jr., of Ballston Spa, was arraigned on a nine-count indictment by Saratoga County Court Judge James A. Murphy, III.

The indictment, filed by Saratoga County District Attorney Karen A. Heggen, includes charges of Kidnapping in the 1st Degree, Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

These charges are alleged to have occurred between September 30 and October 2, in the Towns of Moreau and Milton.

Represented by attorney George Conway, Esq., Ross pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Judge Murphy ordered the defendant to be held without bail, with the next court appearance scheduled for December 21.
