Hershey Residents Charged for Giving Alcohol to Minors at House Party

HERSHEY, PA – The Derry Township Police Department has filed charges against Maria Memmi and Philip D’Adderio, both 53, of Hershey, following an investigation into a house party in the 100 block of Java Avenue on October 28.

The couple is accused of violating Title 18, Section 6310.1 of the Crimes Code, which pertains to the selling or furnishing of liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors.

During the event, which occurred around 10:46 pm, minors were reportedly in possession of Busch Light, Twisted Tea, and wine at the defendants’ residence.

Additionally, multiple minors were observed to be manifestly under the influence of alcoholic beverages and/or admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages while on the property.

Memmi and D’Adderio have been charged via summons at MDJ Pelino’s Office.
