CALVERT COUNTY, MD – The Maryland State Highway Administration announced a week-long, overnight bridge inspection of the MD 4 Bridge/Governor Thomas Johnson Bridge, scheduled to continue through Thursday, Nov. 16.
The inspections, conducted from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night, will involve lane closures and alternating traffic patterns. Portable variable message signs are in place to inform motorists of the changes.
