MANHATTAN, NY – On Wednesday, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr. announced Cory Davis’s guilty plea for manufacturing and possessing untraceable firearms, known as ghost guns.

On February 21, 2024, Davis, 42, will be sentenced to 3 ½ years in state prison followed by 2 ½ years of post-release supervision.

Court records reveal that on November 7, 2022, Davis was reported to the NYPD after sharing a photograph of his child holding two ghost guns.

A subsequent search of his apartments led to the discovery of 14 firearms and considerable ammunition, all part of a larger ghost gun assembly operation dating back to 2020.

Davis’s plea acknowledges the severity of his actions, as he awaits his sentencing next year.
