HARRISBURG, PA – Nathaniel Price, a 25-year-old from Indiana County, has been sentenced to 65 to 130 years in prison after pleading guilty to the 2016 murders of Timothy Gardner and Jaqueline Brink.

Attorney General Michelle Henry announced the sentence following Price’s plea on two counts of third-degree murder among other charges.

The plea, accepted by Judge Thomas M. Bianco, comes after Price, along with co-defendants, robbed and killed Gardner and Brink at Gardner’s residence.

The Pennsylvania State Police investigation revealed that during the robbery, Gardner was beaten with a metal bar before Price’s fatal assault.

Price then murdered Brink, a witness to the crime.
