HADDONFIELD, NJ — Envoute Entertainment hosts an immersive Halloween event that melds literature and live action, plunging attendees into the eerie universe crafted by a celebrated horror author.

The event, held at Haddon Fortnightly, combines elements of murder mystery, live-action role-play, tabletop role-play, party games, and dinner theater. Designed by Ericka Skirpan, a live-action role-play guru from New York, the event has participants facing challenges and games in which they become part of the narrative inspired by the renowned “King of Horror.”

Guests engage in interactive theatrical role-playing that requires teamwork, problem-solving, and interaction with actors and objects to further the storyline. Those attending will be in a setting reminiscent of a peaceful Maine community where they will participate in a town hall meeting packed with dark secrets and cosmic mysteries.

The experience offers open bars for beer and wine and a cash bar for other beverages from local breweries and distilleries. Castle Rock residents provide a potluck buffet. Throughout the night, guests are entertained with games and offered unique party favors and souvenirs.

Tickets for the event include all these features, hidden interactions, and activities designed to surprise even the seasoned role-player. Envoute Entertainment aims to provide an intense, interactive atmosphere, building on the success of last year’s event, “Masque of the Red Death,” and creating an immersive world full of enigmatic characters and age-old entities.

The event is a collaborative effort among Envoute Entertainment, Ericka Skirpan, and the expertise of Bob Kaplan and Stephanie Griffiths. It promises a unique evening for those seeking an engaging and intellectually stimulating Halloween experience.
