HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – On Thursday, the Haverford Township Police Department was alerted to a bank robbery in progress at the Santander Bank, located at 116 W. Township Line Road.

While enroute, bank security informed the officers that a white male, estimated to be between 50-60 years old, was seen exiting the bank after obtaining an undisclosed sum of money.

The man then entered a gray sedan with an elderly white female in the front passenger seat.

Officers intercepted the vehicle on W. Township Line Road and Bryan Street. The driver, identified as Glen Allen Mokshefski, was confirmed as the bank robber and was subsequently arrested.

Although Mokshefski’s mother was initially taken into custody, she was released following investigations that revealed her non-involvement in the robbery. Mokshefski now faces charges of Robbery, Theft, and Receiving Stolen Property.
