Anne Arundel County Police Department confirmed a shooting incident in the 1100 block of Reece Road in Severn, Maryland last night. According to preliminary reports, the shooting occurred at around 8:40 p.m., injuring four adult males who were together at the time.
The victims’ injuries are described as “serious but non life-threatening,” as stated by the police department’s social media update. A large police presence has been deployed to the scene as part of an ongoing investigation.
The police department urges the public to avoid the area due to the active investigation. “Officers are on scene of a confirmed shooting… This is an active investigation/scene. Please avoid the area,” said Anne Arundel County Police in their Facebook post.
