BALTIMORE, MARYLAND — Two men were stabbed late Friday night in Southwest Baltimore, leaving one dead and another with minor injuries. Officers responded to the intersection of Ramsay Street and South Gilmor Street at around 11:35 p.m. to assist the fire department.
Upon arrival, officers found two unidentified males covered in blood. One of the men had sustained multiple life-threatening stab wounds and was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The other man, who remained at the scene, suffered minor injuries and was treated by medics.
Preliminary findings indicate that the incident took place in the 1600 block of Ramsay Street. Homicide detectives have assumed control of the investigation.
