The 69-year-old Salisbury area resident regularly enjoys a variety of Lottery games, including scratch-offs and Keno, on his weekly visits to his local convenience store.
The fortunate event unfolded when “Governor” and his wife stopped by Smith’s Market in Showell to pick up snacks and juice. Alongside his groceries, he decided to try his luck once again with some Lottery tickets. “Governor” scratched off the tickets before leaving the store, finding the first two to be non-winners.
