A woman was spiked with a high heel while inside Grimaldi’s restaurant Sunday morning.
The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying an assailant who attacked the 23-year-old woman at Grimaldi’s Restaurant, located at 656 Avenue of the Americas.
The incident took place in the early morning hours of Sunday, September 24, 2023, at approximately 4:00 a.m.
According to authorities, the victim was inside the restaurant when an unknown individual approached her and struck her in the nose using the heel cap of a high-heel shoe. The suspect then fled the scene on foot in an unspecified direction.
The victim sustained a laceration to her nose and was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where she is reported to be in stable condition.
