Off-Duty FDNY EMT Arrested on Theft-Related Charges

NEW YORK – On Wednesday, October 11, 2023, around 2:30 p.m., an off-duty Fire Department of New York (FDNY) employee was taken into custody within the boundaries of the 121 Precinct.

The arrested individual has been identified as Kimberly Rago, a 40-year-old FDNY Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Rago is now facing charges including Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.
