BUFFALO, NY – Clarence E. Thomas, 21, was arraigned last Wednesday before State Supreme Court Justice Debra Givens on several charges.

The charges include Murder in the First Degree.

It is alleged that on Sunday, Thomas fired multiple shots into an occupied vehicle in Buffalo, resulting in the deaths of Treyvon Flood and DeMarkus Manners and injuring another 19-year-old male.

Thomas is scheduled for a pre-trial conference on October 17, and remains in custody without bail.

If convicted of the highest charge, he could face life imprisonment without parole.
