PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in the shooting death of a man inside his car.
The incident reportedly occurred at 17th & South Streets on Monday, around 11:42 PM.
The victim’s vehicle pulled over, and following the shooting, the suspect is seen exiting from the right rear passenger door and walking away.
The suspect was last spotted walking westbound on Kater Street from 19th Street. The city is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
The suspect is described as a black male, appearing to be in his mid-twenties to mid-thirties, with a medium build, beard, wearing all black attire, and carrying a black backpack.
