GLEN BURNIE, MD – Early on September 26, officers responded to a report of a disorderly subject with a weapon in the 600 block of Fortune Court in Glen Burnie at approximately 3:20 a.m. Officers discovered two adult males, identified as Wallace and Johnson, engaged in a heated argument.
Wallace retrieved a baseball bat and swung it at Johnson, who then went into his house and returned with a rifle.
Johnson walked towards Wallace but did not point the weapon at him. Johnson, who is prohibited from possessing firearms and had two open arrest warrants, was arrested. The rifle was seized by the police, and both men were charged.
