FREEHOLD, NJ – Marmara Mediterranean Cuisine will celebrate its grand opening at Freehold Raceway Mall on Thursday, September 28, at 5 PM with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The restaurant covers 5,800 square feet and offers an authentic experience of the Marmara region’s flavors. With a seating capacity for 210 people, the restaurant has a modern Mediterranean atmosphere. The menu features a broad range of options including fresh baked breads made in a custom stone oven, salads, humus, felafel, shish kababs in lamb, chicken, steak, and five types of fish, as well as traditional lamb dishes.
The restaurant also offers seafood, vegetarian options, and Baklava among its dessert offerings. Operating hours are from 11 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
