Man Shot Multiple Times In Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A 37-year-old man became the victim of a shooting in Southern Baltimore early yesterday morning.

The incident unfolded at approximately 1:29 a.m. Officers from the Baltimore Police Department were dispatched to the 900 block of West Ostend Street following a ShotSpotter alert. Upon arrival, officers conducted a thorough examination of the area, which led to the discovery of evidence indicating a firearm had been discharged.

Police were then directed to an area hospital, where they initiated an investigation into a walk-in shooting victim seeking medical treatment. Officers found a 37-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim is expected to survive.
