Baltimore Altercation Leaves One Shot And Two with Stab Wounds

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A West Baltimore residence became the scene of a violent altercation on Sunday evening, leaving one man with gunshot wounds and two others with stab wounds. The incident, which police believe originated inside the home, prompted a rapid response from Baltimore Police officers at approximately 8:33 p.m. to the 1300 block of North Carey Street, following a reported shooting.

Upon their arrival, officers located a 38-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The injured individual was promptly transported to a local hospital, where he remains in serious condition receiving treatment.

In addition to the gunshot victim, two individuals arrived at area hospitals independently, both witjh non-life-threatening stab wounds. Preliminary information has indicated that all three victims were harmed in the same altercation, suggesting that it began within the confines of the residence.

Several individuals were apprehended at the scene, and the Western District Shooting detectives have taken charge of the ongoing investigation.
