EDISON, NJ – The Township of Edison and the Edison Recreation Department are hosting Edison’s Fall Family Spectacular, a multi-faceted event spanning over eight blocks along Amboy Ave in the Clara Barton Section.
Scheduled for September 23, the festival kicks off with an opening ceremony at 1 pm on the 5th St. stage. Families can look forward to an assortment of activities including kiddie rides, games, face painting, sand art, a pro wrestling ring, and a remote control car track.
The event will also feature over eight blocks of vendors offering food, crafts, and various merchandise. A special focus will be given to local merchants and civic organizations. Two stages of live music will entertain attendees, with regional bands performing on the main stage on 5th St. Two food courts and a wine & beer garden on the corner of 5th St. will provide ample dining options.
A designated Kids Traveling Shindig section will be set up from 6th St. to Waltuma Ave., offering an array of activities for young festival-goers. A pro wrestling ring with two shows throughout the day will also be featured, located across from 2nd St.
