JOPPA, MD – A Harford County man has won his third significant lottery prize, securing enough money to buy a house for his third adult child.
The 58-year-old auto shop owner recently claimed a $62,622 prize from a Racetrax Trifecta Box bet. The man had already won two major lottery prizes in the past, which allowed him to purchase homes for two of his adult children. With this latest win, he can now buy a home for his third child as well.
The winning ticket was purchased at Edgewood Amoco BP, located at 2201 Pulaski Highway, the man’s favorite spot to play lottery games. After work, he often stops at this location to place Trifecta Box bets on the 10, 11, and 12 horses.
On September 14, he opted for the Bonus multiplier on his 10-draw ticket. He learned of his win the following day through the Maryland Lottery app. The win occurred in the second race and was quadrupled thanks to the Bonus option.
