Four Arrested in Separate DWI Incidents

LAKEWOOD, NJ – Wall Township police officers made four arrests related to driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation of motor vehicles over the weekend.

Patrolman Tim Margadonna arrested Jose Luis Riano Martinez, 37, of Lakewood after stopping his vehicle on State Route 138.

Martinez was found to be driving intoxicated and without a license. He was processed and released under John’s Law.

In another incident on Interstate 195, Patrolman Tyler Martin arrested Antonio Guzman-Alonso, 29, of Jackson for driving while intoxicated. Guzman-Alonso was also found to be driving without a license. He too was processed and released under John’s Law.

Patrolman Kevin Donegan made an arrest on Interstate 195, detaining Jacob C. Von Giebel, 25, of Lambertville for driving while intoxicated. Von Giebel was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.

In a separate event on State Route 138, Patrolman Tim Margadonna arrested Jenay A Henderson, 38, of Howell Township for hindering her own apprehension and based on an active warrant out of Freehold Township. Henderson was also found driving with a suspended license and was subsequently transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail.
