WASHINGTON, DC – Authorities are investigating a traffic fatality involving a motorcyclist that occurred on Northbound I-395 on the 14th Street Bridge.
The incident took place at around 12:04 a.m. when the motorcyclist, identified as 32-year-old Victor Serrano of Suitland, MD, was traveling at a high rate of speed.
Near the split to 14th Street, Serrano struck the raised concrete median divider. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services arrived at the scene and found no signs of life. Serrano was later transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
