Two Dead in Oxon Hill Shooting

OXON HILL, MD – Two men are dead following a late-night shooting on Livingston Terrace, prompting an active investigation by the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit.

The victims are identified as Charles Oxley, 28, of Oxon Hill, and Lamont Oxley, 30, of Washington D.C.

A reward of up to $25,000 is available for information leading to an arrest and indictment.

The incident occurred on September 10, at approximately 11:10 p.m., when officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 5500 block of Livingston Terrace.

Upon arrival, officers found both victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Charles Oxley was pronounced dead at the scene, while Lamont Oxley died shortly after being taken to the hospital.

Detectives are currently working to establish a motive and identify any suspects involved in the shooting.
