BRENTWOOD, MD – The Homicide Unit of the Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating the fatal shooting of 58-year-old Victor Guardado of Colmar Manor.
The incident occurred last Wednesday at around 9:30 am. Officers from the Brentwood Police Department and PGPD responded to the 4000 block of 38th Street, where they found Guardado outside with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Homicide Unit has taken over the investigation and is actively working to identify a suspect or suspects, as well as a motive for the shooting. The Prince George’s County Police Department is responsible for investigating all homicides in the town of Brentwood.
