ALLEGANY COUNTY, MD – The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have apprehended multiple individuals with open and active warrants.
On Tuesday, Tanner Steven Schweinsberg, 34, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation; his original charge was Assault 2nd Degree.
Jason Lynn Winfield, 41, was also arrested the same day on a District Court Warrant, charged with 32 counts of Violation of Conditions of Release. Both Schweinsberg and Winfield are being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending bail review.
William Edward Ravenscroft Jr., 35, was arrested on a Circuit Court Body-Attachment for Failure to Appear for a Child Support hearing and was released after posting a $100 bail.
Amber Lynne Bennett Nedimyer, 42, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear; her original charges include CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana and two counts of CDS: Possession Paraphernalia.
Both Ravenscroft and Bennett were released after posting bail. Anyone with further information is asked to contact the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office.
