Dover Man Arrested on Multiple Gun Charges in Milford

DOVER, DE – Last night, the Delaware State Police arrested Raheem Fullman, a 25-year-old resident of Dover, Delaware, on various gun-related felonies.

The arrest took place at the Brightway Commons apartment complex in Milford around 10:00 p.m.

Members of the Kent County Governor’s Task Force, who were patrolling the area, saw Fullman loitering outside an apartment building where people were consuming alcohol and smoking marijuana.

Fullman was uncooperative when questioned about violating the Brightway Commons curfew. As he was detained, a loaded handgun with an obliterated serial number was found in his waistband.

Fullman faces multiple felony charges, including possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and possession of a weapon with an obliterated serial number. He was arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $25,001 cash bond.
