TRENTON, NJ – A state grand jury has indicted Keyon Luff, 21, of Edgewater Park in Burlington County, New Jersey, on 12 counts, including charges related to manufacturing child sexual exploitation material.
Luff is currently held at the Essex County Correctional Facility pending trial.
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Cybercrimes Unit, between January and July 2021, Luff used social media platforms to contact minors aged 14 to 16, directed them to engage in explicit acts, and coerced them into sending him the resulting videos.
Luff allegedly used fictitious social media accounts to make these contacts, impersonating an adult female to gather explicit material.
Investigators seized multiple digital devices from Luff’s dorm room on May 3, revealing he was in possession of illicit materials. Anyone with further information is asked to contact the Division of Criminal Justice Cybercrimes Unit.
