BRONX, NY – Last Thursday, the New York City Police Department responded to a 911 call from an apartment on 1242 Hobart Avenue.

Inside, officers discovered a 64-year-old male, identified as Anthony Iannuzzo, lying face down, unresponsive in the living room.

Despite no immediate signs of trauma, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner later classified the incident as a homicide.

Subsequently, on Tuesday, Michael Rivera, a 41-year-old male also from 1242 Hobart Avenue, was arrested and charged with murder and manslaughter.

The reasons behind this distressing event are currently under investigation, and the New York City Police Department is working to uncover all details.
