BROOKLYN, NY – On Monday, May 30, 2022, in Brooklyn, a 61-year-old male, identified as Victor Vega, was pronounced deceased at NYC Health & Hospitals/Kings County.
The incident began on Wednesday, May 25, when officers, responding to a 911 call, found Vega with trauma to the head outside 257 Lexington Avenue.
Almost a year later, as part of an ongoing investigation, Isaih James, a 20-year-old male from 250 Lexington Avenue, was arrested and charged with murder and robbery on last Wednesday.
The investigation remains ongoing.
The New York City Police Department asked anyone with information to come forward.
