ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA – On July 26, the Albemarle County Police Department was alerted about potential online solicitation of a minor, below 12 years of age, by a county resident.
Subsequently, on Thursday, William Dwayne Combs, 52, was apprehended and charged, pertaining to the use of communication systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.
This case is still under review.
