First responders arrived to find 66-year-old motorcyclist James Baker in critical condition. Baker was later pronounced deceased at a local hospital.

The suspect vehicle, identified as a white Lincoln sedan, was found unoccupied in Export, Westmoreland County shortly after the incident. Towner Henretty, the vehicle’s owner, lived nearby.
