Bronx Man Arrested and Charged in Connection with Homicide

BRONX, NY – Felix Rivas, a 25-year-old male from Belmont Avenue, Bronx, has been arrested and charged on Thursday, in connection with a homicide. The charges include murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a loaded firearm.

Yorvin Gomez, a 26-year-old male from Davidson Avenue, Bronx, was also arrested and charged with the same offenses on Saturday, May 6.

In addition, the New York City Police Department has requested public assistance in identifying two unknown individuals related to another homicide that took place on Monday, February 13.

The individuals were seen fleeing on a motorized scooter after discharging multiple rounds, resulting in the death of 22-year-old Miguel Vargas.
