FREEHOLD, NJ – Paul Anderson, 31, of Long Branch, and Simon Anderson, 33, of Sayreville, were sentenced to New Jersey State Prison on Friday.
The announcement was made by Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago. The sentencing comes as the conclusion of a 2021 drug investigation.
The Anderson brothers pled guilty on March 30. During the 2021 investigation, it was revealed that Simon supplied Paul with large quantities of cocaine, which Paul then sold. Another individual, Keshon Fenter, 36, of Brick, was observed supplying cocaine to Paul. Fenter was sentenced to probation for conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
On June 30, 2021, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Narcotics Strike Force, along with several local police departments, executed search warrants on residences in Long Branch, Eatontown and Oceanport.
The warrants led to the seizure of over 200 grams of cocaine, a loaded 9 mm handgun with a high capacity magazine, 450 grams of marijuana, and approximately $80,000 in cash.
